SHIPPING & REFUNDS
ORDER PLACEMENT & SHIPPING TIMELINES
Your order undergoes processing and production for 4-12 business days before shipping.
DELIVERY DURATION
For U.S. orders, we utilize USPS & FedEx with transit times averaging between 7-30 business days. International orders' transit times range from 20-60 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Please be aware of potential delays due to uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters or holidays. While most deliveries arrive on schedule, exceptions may occur, over which we have no control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We provide tracking information for each order. Expect tracking details once your product is dispatched. Since items may ship from different global fulfillment centers, kindly reach out 4-5 days after purchase for your tracking number.
REFUND GUIDELINES
- All sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit.
- To cancel an order, it must not have been fulfilled yet.
- We offer refunds for damaged items if replacements aren't possible.
- No refunds for items seized by customs.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation without penalty is possible within 12 hours of order creation. If your item has shipped, contact elysiumgoodsco@gmail.com.
ADDRESS CORRECTION
Should you notice an error in your address, inform us promptly at elysiumgoodsco@gmail.com for correction within 12 hours.
DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED
In rare instances of damage (approximately 1 in 1000), please provide:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
We'll promptly send a replacement at no cost.
